Egress Surreal Framed Art Poster – Checkerboard Hallway, Celestial Eye & EXIT Sign

Egress is a surreal framed poster for strange souls who like their walls to hold a little mystery. A warped checkerboard hallway draws the eye toward open doorways, a suspended eye, a melting mirror, and a star-filled ceiling where eyes orbit like planets. At the center, a red-orange EXIT sign glows like a quiet promise—or another question.

Reproduced from Summer D. Burrus’s original hand-drawn artwork, the print preserves rich shading, sharp contrast, and intricate details that reward a second look. Hang it in a gallery wall, creative studio, hallway, or reading nook, where it can turn an ordinary room into a private passage for late-night thoughts. It speaks to lovers of surrealism, celestial imagery, dream logic, and art that refuses to explain itself.

The piece arrives fully assembled and ready to hang, with a solid pinewood frame, matte black scratch-resistant finish, and lightweight shatter-proof plexiglass. Vibrant printing on premium matte or satin fine art paper keeps the artwork crisp and atmospheric over time. The frame is manufactured in Italy and the artwork is printed and assembled in the USA or Canada. Available in multiple sizes and orientations; adult-oriented artwork. Ships only within the United States and its territories.

Care instructions
- If the poster does gather any dust, you may wipe it off gently with a clean, dry cloth. To remove spots or smudges from acrylic or glass, we recommend applying glass cleaner to a clean, soft, dry cloth or paper towel and then to the surface so that the cleaner does not settle on the frame, then buff the surface dry to remove any streaks.
